Falling In Reverse are threatening their imminent return to Australia.
The polarising Ronnie Radke-fronted heavy act teased plans on their Instagram story last week, posting an image of the Aussie flag alongside a “bulging eyeballs” emoji…
Falling In Reverse’s Instagram Story Post:
The genre-bending act last paid us a visit for Good Things Festival back in 2019. In the years since, frontman Ronnie Radke has become something of a controversial figure in pop culture. While many fans revel in the frontman’s dedication to brutally roasting naysayers online and cheekily inserting himself into the middle of other artists’ controversies, he has also sparked heavy backlash (and was banned on TikTok) for a number of hateful anti-trans rants.
Radke has also faced numerous allegations of abuse and assault across his career – all of which he has strenuously denied.
He was accused of rape in 2015 by a 25-year-old woman, who he subsequently sued for defamation. He was arrested on charges of domestic abuse in 2012 while he was with ex-girlfriend Sally Watts, but the charges were dismissed. Radke spent two-and-a-half years in prison for assault, from 2008 to 2010.
Some fans online have speculated that Falling In Reverse’s new Australian tour tease could be referencing a possible Good Things 2024 lineup slot, however that is unlikely since the band will be in the UK while the Aussie punk fest goes down.
The band have just announced fresh UK dates with Slaughter to Prevail, Tech Nine and Hollywood Undead.
We’ll bring you more info on their Aussie plans when it comes through…
